Did a 1.75 mile warm up. Then we did 3x600's with 15 miniutes rest in between. My splits were 2:08,2:09,2:09. Then did a half mile cool down to the lightpole and back.
We got out of school at 1:45 and got to the meet around 2. We watched and cheered for the JV races 2 people from alta won medals. The course was fairly flat with a few little hills but it was 3.21 miles instead of 3.1. Alta Varsity girls and boys both got second place overall! girls were one point away from first.
