first cross country meet of the season! I ran varsity and got 6th on my team. I ran a pr at 22:15. I felt really good on the first mile and then the second and third got harder. I finished 56th out of 99 girls✌🏻️

Ran the American for grass relays. I ran it in 14:27. I finished first from Alta and 68th out of 328 people! By first I mean first in the JV race since the top 5 runners run varsity in this race.  I actually felt really good during the race plus I did not trip on any hay bales! There were 28 hay bales to jump over. Then after a cool down we all went to Cheer on the relays. Got chick fil a on the way home 🐔👟
