Ran the Gully long run today at practice in 1:07. Got chocolate milk with dad after practice. We are now at the mall in sandy after practice because it is on our way home. I am very excited to get my high school schedule today when dad gets home but only 9 more days until school starts.😐😀📓

2 mile warm up on the Porter Rockwell trail. Then we did 3 miles fast with 5 minutes rest between each +a mile cool down and 6 barefoot striders.🚫👟
