I ran around the neighborhood. I am still on winter break YAY : ) but dad is not : ( Everyone at my house is under the Weather so I don't think I will be doing anything fun. JUST GOt back from swimming. We started with a 100 free 100 back 100 i.m. Then we started doing tons of 25's. Finally we did 200 free 150 back set 3 times. I am very tired i get to go to dad's school with him tomorrow : ) Just made an awesome 2 layer chocolate cake YUM.

Sorry to hear that everyone in your house is under the weather:( I hope you don't get sick too.

I have read all your blog and you seem to be very good at swimming, as well as running.

I am training to run a 5k race too. It's a long way, isn't it:(

Please put part (most) of the cake in the freezer for me. Your dad is not supposed to have sugar, and you know that I live on the stuff.

Sure Steve i just put a piece in the freezer. But you don't get it unless you come to our house with Natalie and Shelby. So you better hurry up and come this weekend or i will eat it. Call dad this weekend.
