I Today I started running well actually I started yesterday when I ran I little over a mile. Me and dad ran the Bad Dog Loop. I ran about 2 miles mostly running but a little walking. Dad says that all runners name their runs after the things they see or happen on the run so we named this run Bad Dog Loop. We got the name because while we were running and this dog runs across the street this old lady in a car starts honking and says "Bad Dog" then the man across the street started imitating her horn she got mad and drove away. :0. :) ;) I watched a movie about Mary Decker and it inspired me to start running again.
