I don't know yet. I think I will stick to short-term goals for a while.

3.5 miles before the meet tomorrow
8 miles on Porter Rockwell trail it was to hot to be even the slightest bit enjoyable so we just sorta tried to not die
1.5 mile warm up down to Crescent park
8x400 on 90 seconds but did all of them in under 88. Felt pretty good it was a pretty enjoyable workout ran a mile and a half cool down after.
