Afternoon meet so we had school all day. Got out of school at like 2 oclock and didnt race untill 5:30. I ran a 20:17 which is my season PR for cross country. The first mile I felt good the second mile a struggled a little bit but I just tried to keep a more open attitude which I have struggled with a lot this season. plus about a 1 mile warm up ant then a cool down plus running around the course to cheer for the guys
