Left school at 12:45. Left the school around 1:15 and it was about an hour to the meet. Got there early and ran around the school a little bit.
3200: I ran a 12:46 which is a PR. I felt really really good the whole race. It was my best event of the day
We went on an adventure hike/cool down through the mountains in between the race and found some pretty cool forts and body holes.
800: My 800 was not that good. I ran a 2:47 which is slower than my best time. I did not feel good during the race . I took the first lap to fast and then died the second lap.
